This is Toot. And Toot has taken on a year-long bet to not cut his hair.
He cannot cut until his locks reach, what is known as, “Paradise City” length, or in other words, hair down to his buttocks. Toot would also like to take this moment and publicly challenge Cher (his personal hero) to a hair-off.
